Coming up.........

Concert on Friday 7th February at Kings Lodge Nursing Home at 6 p.m. in the evening – performing a selection of popular music to the residents and their families.


We will be including  an Ensemble from the Choir on Sunday 9th February at Christ Church from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.  to perform alongside Musicians and Solo Singers


aturday April 18th we will be performing a full scale concert, a mixed programme, once again – with Musicians and Singers drawn from local groups and societies.


In July, we plan to put on a full scale concert as part of the Chichester Festivities Programme.  Details to be announced.


The Emsworth Meridian Choir, which meets on Fridays at The Emsworth Community Centre, and will be meeting on Friday 6th September between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. for a New Members Welcome Evening.   We sing anything from Unaccompanied Music,  S.A.T.B and Unison – Songs from the Shows.  All Ages and Abilities – Beginners Welcome .  Subs are £3.50 per week or can be paid monthly.


MERRIE ENGLAND by Edward German – Rehearsals Commence in September in Westbourne.

The Emsworth Meridian Singers which is scheduled to meet in The St John’s The Baptist Church in Westbourne on Wednesdays commencing 4th September between 7.30 p.m. and 10 p.m. and this is a specialised group which will be rehearsing for a Concert production of “Merrie England” with Costumes, to be performed as part of the 2020 Chichester Festivities Programme.  Our Musical Director for this will be Lilias Lamont and the Performance Accompaniment will be small Orchestra.  Anyone interested in this are welcome to come along on the 4th September for a Sing Through of all the parts – there are Twenty Two soloist parts to fill.  The Subs will be £3.50 each week we rehearse.


Also – we are looking for singers to join us for Handel’s Messiah to be performed Christmas 2020 in Westbourne – by Special Request.




The Tea-Time Concerts held every second Sunday in the Month at Christ Church, Market Avenue, Chichester commencing on Sunday 8th September between at 2.30 p.m. till 3.30 p.m. Doors Open at 2 p.m.  and with Tea and Chat afterwards.  Donations Only


The Programme each month for the Tea Time Concerts vary – and can include Piano, Voice, Ensemble, and many other musical instrumentalists and combinations.  Mainly Classical Music but can include Popular Music.  Sometimes we will have Readers.


We are hoping to put together a small Ensemble for the 8th September.

Our Song List

I have extra spaces for students as from Monday 29th April both Adults and Children of all ages and from absolute beginners to Grade VIII - teaching in my studio in Chichester and Visiting Emsworth, Havant, Westbourne, Southbourne, Bosham and neighbouring villages. 

I teach for pleasure or for goals such as ABRSM and Trinity Examinations and Auditions.

I provide regular platform experience - running Tea-Time Concerts in Southbourne and Chichester twice a month, which helps with building confidence.


I run a small choir in Emsworth on Friday evenings between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. in Emsworth Community Centre, in order to build confidence and towards performance.

Our next Tea-time Concert will take place on Sunday 9th June at Christ Church, Chichester between 2.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m.  Entrance will be Free with voluntary donations to the Church after the concert.  Tea and Refreshments will be provided after the concert.  Come along and find out about me and see the variety of performances, on this occasion, in voice, piano and cello.
